Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your Contributions
Understand that your Contributions may be edited, removed, or not used at our discretion
Acknowledge that you will receive credit for your Contributions as outlined in our Credit Policy

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Project Ownership

The Minecraft Community Movie Project is a collaborative work. While individual contributors retain ownership of their original contributions (subject to the licenses granted herein), the collective project as a whole is managed by the project leadership team.

4.2 Minecraft IP

Minecraft is a registered trademark of Mojang AB/Microsoft. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft. We operate under Mojang's Game Content and Mods Usage Guidelines and Microsoft's Fan Content Policy.

This project is a non-profit, non-commercial, fan-made creation. We do not claim ownership of any Minecraft intellectual property.

5. Voting System

To ensure fair participation, users are required to log in via Discord to submit votes on various aspects of the project. Abuse or spamming of the voting system is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of voting privileges.
